How do you stay professional in the workplace w/o being rude? That's the question of the day for me.
I won't go into detail why I'm asking this question, but I wonder.
I have a coworker that drives me nuts. He talks really loud and is just one of those people that me being a person who doesn't get too excited about anything, gets annoyed really easy by.
I'm the type of person who doesn't talk unless I have something to say. It's not that I'm quite, but I just don't talk just so I can hear myself speak, I speak with a purpose.
However, this guy isn't like this. The question is, How do you let someone know they are annoying w/o being rude and being professional?
My tactic is just to ignore him at this point...but that doesn't work. He still talks!!! I know this sounds funny, it's already enough to be at work, but to have someone drive you even more crazy. I think you get what I mean. lol
Now that I got that out...
I have something to say about uggs. In Hollywood everyone keeps saying that it's so terrible to still wear uggs. I was reading in a magazine where Tim Gunn was judging an outfit on a certain celebrity and she was wearing uggs and he said that she just should have stayed home.
I don't think it's bad to still wear uggs. I do. They are so comfortable and just convenient. On those days where heels or flats won't cut it, they just seem like the next best thing. Now don't get me wrong, I love Tim Gunn, I think that he knows what he's talking about.
What I love about hollywood celebrities like Jessica Alba, Jessica Simpson and Nicole Richie is that they aren't listening and neither am I. I love em and they make me happy.
